Jowler Creek is Missouri's First Green Vineyard and Winery™

We're located just 30 minutes North of downtown Kansas City and use green technologies, such as solar power, to make our wine and sheep to control weeds and chickens to reduce insects in our 6-acre sustainable vineyard.

We currently make nine award-winning wines in various styles ranging from dry to sweet, and our on-site tasting room is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for free wine tastings. You can also find our wines at more than 75 local stores in Kansas and Missouri. Come out and see us today!

Ever wonder how grapes make their way from the vine into wine? With this hour-long tour you can see for yourself! We'll start in the vineyard where you'll learn about the process from planting to harvesting, as well as see our sheep, chickens, bat houses and all our other sustainable farming practices in action. From here go straight onto the winery to learn about the winemaking process...from the arrival of the grapes to bottling of the finished wine. Finish with a winetasting and go home with your own Jowler Creek glass. Cost: $14/person. Sippin', Smokin' & Singin' Saturday Night

Take a break, relax and watch the sunset from our wine garden as we stay open late this Saturday night with live music! We'll have locally-made, hand-rolled cigars from Weston Tobacco available for you to smoke by our fire pit. We'll be selling wine and beer by the glass and bottle, and we'll also have some tasty snacks available to enjoy alongside your wines. This event is FREE to attend and no reservations are required -- just come on out to join the fun!
